Because each item is handcrafted to order, all payments must be made in full before work on your one-of-a-kind piece can begin. All orders placed through our website are processed securely via PayPal. Information on PayPal’s ‘Buyer Protection’ can be found here.
RING SIZING
Since we can’t size you personally, we make the ring in the size you order. It is your responsibility to be certain of size before ordering. Read more here.
PACKAGING
Products will arrive individually packaged in its own Grants Collection’s beautiful, sustainably sourced and handcrafted box. Our unique, bespoke, designer jewellery & accessories deserves packaging that embodies the same care, quality and workmanship that goes into crafting your special pieces. Our timeless designs offer luxury and elegance to compliment high-quality gifts, reflecting the value and importance of not just the jewellery within it, but also the moment in which it is given.
LEAD TIMES
All products are handcrafted from raw materials and is custom made to order just for you! Because of this, we do require up to 3 weeks lead time.
If this timeframe will not work for you, we can sometimes offer a rush service which moves your order ahead in our production line and gets it to you sooner! Contact us with information on your circumstances and we’ll always try our best to accommodate.
Once shipped, we’ll update your order status and provide you with a tracking number.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Generally we start working on orders and production can sometimes start the following day after an order is placed, so if you need to modify your order for any reason, please advise us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Acceptable modifications include change of ring size or delivery address (excluding change of country).
SHIPPING
We offer FREE Shipping worldwide.
Postage within Australia usually takes 2, but sometimes up to 7 days to arrive.
Please be advised that shipping to all other countries may incur a tax or custom charge upon receiving your order, which you will be responsible to pay for. We have no way of knowing what that amount will be or if there will even be one. It is also illegal for us to mark products as gifts to avoid this tax.
Once your item has been sent, we cannot control the actual shipping process and are not responsible or liable for any shipping delays. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on or by a specific date.

Both Grants Collection and the customer have a tracking number for each shipped order. And in all our years shipping with Australia Post, they have yet to lose a package for us. We assure you that if a package is ever lost during shipment, we will expedite a replacement ring as fast as humanly possible.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Here at Grants Collection, we stand by the quality of our product. Your satisfaction is important to us.
While we do everything we can to make each piece as durable as possible, they are made using natural materials which are susceptible to damage from impact, scratching, chemicals, saltwater and other outside forces. Through proper care and preventative actions, you can maintain the look and feel of your Damascus Steel items for years to come.
Because each product is a custom commissioned piece we do not offer refunds. Although if your item is damaged or faulty upon arrival or your order, we will meet our statutory obligations to provide a remedy. However, we do not provide refunds if you change your mind about a particular purchase or ring size, so please choose carefully.
